“What if it makes up a price and I have to honour it?”
How it worksIt cannot state a price, area or possession date unless that figure is already in the listings you gave it. We check every number against your records before a message sends. Asked something it was not told, it does not guess. It says it will confirm, and passes it to you.
“What if a serious buyer needs a person and it keeps talking?”
How it worksThe moment a conversation needs you, the buyer lands in a live queue with the whole thread attached, and your team replies right there in it. A handoff stays open until a real person picks it up. Nobody waits in an inbox nobody checks.
“I do not want a spam complaint or a legal notice.”
How it worksIt will not message anyone without consent on record; if that proof is missing, the message is held for a human. Reply STOP and they are gone for good. It stays inside decent contact hours, and we keep the language within RERA marketing rules.
“Could a rival's bot learn from my leads?”
How it worksNone of it ever trains another company's assistant, and each client is sealed off from every other. When you want it, you export every lead, conversation and record and take it with you. There is no lock-in and nothing held hostage.

How it worksIt runs on your number and in your name, sounding the way you sound. You set the tone, the hours, the projects and the channels, and change any of it whenever you like. Nothing goes out without passing our honesty checks, and you can step into any conversation yourself.

How it worksEvery plan and price is on the pricing page, with no hidden rate card. You pay month to month. To stop, tell us and we close your account at the end of the month you have already paid for. Upgrade whenever you need more reach and the new rate starts the following month; nothing ties you in beyond the month you are in.
Everything on this page is already built and running. If there is ever something we cannot do properly, we would rather tell you than put it here. Trust only counts when it is true on the bad days too.
