Deleting your data

You can have everything we hold about you removed. It is your right under India’s DPDP Act, and we do it whether or not the law where you are requires it.

Asking us directly

Email support@nayaria.com from the address you contacted us on, or send us the phone number you used. We do not need an account or a form.

What gets removed

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The content of every message you exchanged with an assistant.
• Anything we noted about what you were looking for.

What we keep, and why

We keep a record that you asked never to be contacted again. That single entry is what stops a future campaign from reaching you, and deleting it would undo the thing you asked for. It holds no message content.

We also keep transaction records where a law requires a business to, with your personal details removed from them.

Removing our app from your WhatsApp

That is a different thing, and it does not delete anything. If you are a business that disconnects Nayaria, we stop sending immediately and your conversations stay where they are. Ask here if you want them removed as well.
