FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

No jargon. If something is not here, ask on a quick call or just get started; you can change anything later.

What does Nayaria actually do?

It answers your buyers for you, on WhatsApp, your website, email and Telegram, in seconds, at any hour, using your real inventory so it cannot make up a price or a project that is not in your listings. It qualifies them, books site visits, and hands anything sensitive to your team.

Do I have to be technical to use it?

No. The fastest setup is to paste your website address and the assistant learns your projects from your own pages. You can add or correct anything in plain language in your portal. We connect the heavier channels with you.

How fast can I go live?

Pick a plan and you are set up the same day. The assistant starts answering on your website chat immediately; other channels switch on as they are connected.

What does it cost?

Three monthly plans in rupees, from ₹20,000 a month. Each plan reaches a set number of your customers and answers every reply they send, in their own language, however long the conversation runs. Pay for the year and you get two months free, so it is fourteen months of service for the price of twelve. Bigger or more specific needs are sized with you on a short call. See the plans on the pricing page.

Will it ever make something up?

It cannot quote a price, a unit or a date that did not come from your live data for that very question, and a separate check catches any figure not backed by your data before it reaches a buyer. When it does not have a sourced answer it says so and arranges for a person to follow up, rather than guessing. That matters beyond tidiness: under RERA you are answerable for what your agent tells a buyer, and this assistant is your agent.

Does it answer my phone?

No, and it does not ring your buyers either. Everything Nayaria does is in writing: WhatsApp, your website, email and Telegram. It does not pick up your phone line and we are not your phone company. If a buyer would rather record a message than type one, WhatsApp lets them, and it is read and answered in writing like anything else.

Which languages does it speak?

The ones your buyers actually use: 15 in chat — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu, Assamese, Maithili, Nepali and English — and if a buyer would rather record a message than type one, 12 of those are understood that way too: the recording is read out into words and answered in writing. It follows a buyer who switches language mid-sentence, speaks Hinglish the way people really speak it, writes back in the script they wrote to you in, and uses the words the trade uses (flat, society, possession, site visit, booking amount) rather than textbook Hindi that instantly sounds like a machine.

Is my data safe and compliant?

Yes. Consent is recorded for every conversation. A buyer's stop is honoured instantly and permanently, across every channel and every address we know is theirs. Contact hours are respected, and the assistant introduces itself as a digital assistant. Personal data is handled under India's DPDP Act, and you can export or delete it at any time. Your DLT registration stays with you and your operator: we hold promotional SMS until you confirm it is in place, rather than risking your telecom account.

Do I have to manage it day to day?

No. It runs itself and sends you a plain-language briefing each month showing exactly what it did. The only time it needs you is when a buyer asks to meet you in person.
